Lingchuan County “Gantang Yulu” Program Scholarship Distribution

      – David Xu Makes a Modest Contribution on Behalf of Shanghai Boevan

On the morning of August 10th, the Lingchuan County Student Union held a grand ceremony to distribute scholarships for the 2025 “Gantang Yulu” Program at the Xinhua Bookstore in Lingchuan County. Under the guidance of the Lingchuan County Committee of the Communist Youth League, this event aims to gather public support to provide targeted assistance to outstanding students from Lingchuan who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, safeguarding their educational path. It is a crucial step for the Communist Youth League to serve youth development, promote educational equity, and fulfill its fundamental mission of “educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country.”

At the ceremony, David Xu, Chairman of Shanghai Bozhuo Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd., Vice President of the Shanghai Guilin Chamber of Commerce, and Honorary President of the Lingchuan County Student Union, represented Shanghai Bozhuo Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. and presented scholarships and books to a total of 10 recipients: four high school graduates who were admitted to universities this year, and six junior high school graduates from Jiuwu Junior High School who were admitted to Lingchuan Middle School. Previously, in 2023 and 2024, we participated in the “Gantang Yulu” program, donating funds to support 18 disadvantaged and academically outstanding young people.
