In October 2025, Boevan successfully completed the installation and commissioning of its first multi-lane ketchup packaging machine, a complete packaging solution from A to Z.
This solution is designed for four-side seal packaging of 10% blended high-viscosity tomato sauce, encompassing bag making, filling, sealing, coding, metal and metal inspection, sterilization, drying, sorting, conveying, boxing, and cartoning. It utilizes multiple conveying methods and product inspection equipment to ensure high speed, efficiency, and precision throughout the packaging process, preventing errors such as missing packages.
Currently, the entire production line is under refinement and awaiting secondary inspection.
