Shanghai Boevan Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Year-End Summary Meeting on February 5, 2026. The meeting consisted of two main parts. The first part was the year-end summary meeting. David Xu spoke first, summarizing the two major problems encountered in production in 2025 and proposing three equipment acceptance standards and one target. Subsequently, the sales department, marketing department, R&D department, manufacturing department, quality control, after-sales service, finance, and human resources departments each reported on their 2025 performance.
The second part was a dinner and celebration. We gathered together, and we specially invited employees’ families to participate, allowing them to witness the outstanding individuals and teams of the past year. Their dedication, innovation, and selfless contributions exemplified the responsibility and commitment of Boevan employees, and their achievements wrote their own glorious chapter. The grand ceremony featured not only sumptuous food, captivating performances, and fun interactive games, but also the presentation of numerous awards, including “Supernova of the Year,” “Teamwork Award,” “Outstanding Employee,” and “Special Contribution Award.” Leaders presented certificates of honor and prizes to the award recipients, extending their warmest congratulations and highest respect.
In 2026, we will continue to move forward, “facing problems head-on, taking responsibility, and giving 200% effort” to achieve our established goals.
